Marketing Your Property
When Jen says she always “puts your property first”, she means it. And one way she does so is with a comprehensive marketing campaign for your home.
Have a look at what that looks like:
1. A unique website for prospective buyers to explore after they have come across your listing or for further consideration of your property after a visit. The picture on the right gives a quick look at a site done for a recent property Jen sold. You can see more examples here.
2. Postcards are designed for each property and distributed to areas likely to be populated by potential buyers for that particular home.
3. Virtual Tours are filmed for properties when possible and are included on the website for that property. Click below to see how compelling these virtual tours can be:
4. Feature Sheets are created for every property Jen is showing. Interested parties have these to take away; an opportunity to see photos of the property highlights and an overview of pertinent details about the home.
Jen is often asked to share her voice with the G&M for articles on Toronto’s real estate market and many of her listings are featured in their popular weekend reports. Have a look at the articles here.
